Thanks to its 30 years-experience, Valmec can follow step by step the production process, starting from the project and supporting the customer with advices and suggestions to realize  products both decorative or structural.

Our production allows to work any type of material used in our sector, in particular steel, aluminium, stainless steel and brass.

We can realize accurate cuts, bending, calendering, and welding together with other workings such as milling, drilling, threading and other special processing. These are made with the highest precision, thanks to our maschines and when necessary we can also produce specific equipments: our people is high skilled and has a long experience in the manufacturing of design structures for furniture at the highest levels.

Valmec invested in technology to ensure its customers the best quality, flexibility and continuity in the tube working, both for big productions or small lots. We can work on round tubes up to 100 mm and square/rectangular tubes with side up to 140 mm.

Thanks to our high-tech maschines we can realize bending with fix or variable rays on tubes up to 50 mm and we can guarantee for a high aesthetic quality and high geometry precision of the components.

We can make MIG weldings for structural frame, but also soldering of visible structures with perfectly paired components, or TIG welding on stainless steel and AISI 304 – AISI 316.

MECHANICAL WORKINGS

We can make mechanical workings with CNC milling maschines with run up to 1500 mm on drawn, rolled and extruded aluminium plates of any type.

SHEET WORKING

We can make sheet working on FE sheet, aluminium and stainless steel through shears and sheet bender up to 5 mm thickness.
